Sorry, mate, but you are the one who is being ridiculous.
As Plough has explained, NST would need all of its $70M plus the rest to transition ARV from explorer to producer.Setting it up, including working capital is an expensive business.
Also keep in mind that NSTs 20% in ARV gives it access to first hand and inside knowledge.
I am not suggesting that ARV is necessarily the target. What I am saying is that it cannot be discounted.
