Seems like this is a great long term investment. The latest acquisition Bank of New York Mellon should underpin growth going forward. The latest profit report is a reflection of a very nervous time in the markets with low turnover and of course it is ex the latest acquisition. Should we get through the latest euro zone crisis (coming up) with an increased risk tolerance then I can see a new found optimism and turnover in the worlds equity markets which should flow through to the cpu bottom line. Of course if we get this resurgence then we are likely to get a USD recovery which should reinforce the results coming from Bank of New York Mellons business. Technically we seem to be retesting the breakaway gap from the BNY mellon acquisition . Having just filled the gap we could be looking at a break of the downward trendline from april 2010 and perhaps a completion of the double bottom from feb 09
