Can't see any reason not to agree with $1B. I know with REE it can be a bit of a case of comparing apples with pears, but if PEK's global indicated and measured resource is valued on par with the others I listed in an earlier post, then that provides for a market cap of just under $600m. Throw in a 50% takeover premium on top of fair trading value and viola - there's $1B.
I'm a goose for spending hours crunching all the numbers during the TH, then getting so cactus last night I forgot to set my alarm - only to awake to resource numbers that came in way above my buy trigger. Celebrated a day too early. Oh well, PEK was very kind to me during the early drilling and discovery days, so the chunk I bought after open is effectively free carried anyway.
