I don't have anything to offer on the inside, ih, but I share your bewilderment:

with a couple of positive announcements over summer to suggest that their projects really do have (some?) life in them, and a small increase from standstill liquidity, I was prepared to buy in recently, but have over the last few days reduced my exposure, but I'm willing to top up if the SP falls. Value has to emerge somehow!

Progen is an enigma. From here anything could happen. Including more of nothing.
