She is a puppet of the faceless men and only still top of the heap (I wont say of what) because no one else really wants to be captain of the Titanic just now.This has already been demonstrated by her lightning change of mind on several things already.It is good for the coalition that the watermelons think it is just their inability to get their message out there that is the problem,but I can assure them that the message is the problem and we can all see right through the pathetic crew
