Just watching the morning activity suggests to me that there has been a weak general market softening which is starting to turn positive.
PRR has reflected this and hangs awaiting our lords and masters as they play in this tight range.
Given the relatively low volumes though we can anticipate a more accelerated trading pattern from here, albeit in that micro-cent range, IMVHO.
