It does seem that our faith in protocols is being severely tested. For years we have obediently followed paths designed by the government and its agencies - all supposedly in place to provide some measure of protection for us bruised victims. To suggest that we have been fobbed off is to put it mildly.

Strenuous efforts over the years have not been properly rewarded.

Many protocols are designed merely to protect the “system”. A time arrives when the usual methods of communication have to be superseded by fresh tactics. And I’m grateful to Simgrund for his tireless travelling and gutsy door-knocking - all in search of justice and, well, probably also in search of the miraculous.
