re: Ann: Closure of Non-Renounceable Entitlem... oily
amazing summary
big thumb up!
saves me a lot of time when doing research
I always take it with grain of salt when it comes to those broker reports
so their price target means little to me
but at least this report seems to be quite conservative in making a lot of assumptions
one thing I do like about broker reports tho is the outline of newsflow.
I have been reading past broker reports on this one to get an idea of potential newsflow, so I can take positions before they start flowing
thx for posting Andrew's email reply too
I checked prospectus in order to check the directors' entitlement
Andrew holds 24m stocks, of which 22m was bought on market over the years???
that cant be right? he almost bought his entire holding, ie 5% of the company? thats a lot of money thrown in his own company, so whats all the whinging about? LOL
I will keep an eye on the confirmation of this line
"I’ve had discussions with other Proto directors re the mechanism with which they take up their entitlement, and they, like me are very keen to purchase options to their entitlement and potentially over. "
not much interest in PRWO yet, watching...
