    As a one-time broker you may be able to explain why P1 gave away free shares to GCN share holders.

    I thought it was so that P1 could obtain the necessary spread of share holders for listing on ASX.

    Am I mistaken in my understanding?

    If I am mistaken, then why did P1 give its shares away?
