The variable is the market price of the individual rare earths and they are traded by individual bilateral contracts, do some research.
Conservative estimates are north of 75c short term, the value is in moving from an Indicated Resource to an Inferred Resource Upgrade, when these results get published x the massive CONTAINED REE MT! then you will see a share price reflective of its status a world class Rare Earths Deposit.
