vermav re: london bombings
vermav, a really constructive post that echoes my own thoughts. If our leaders took time to understand what drives those who attack us, then maybe we could begin to treat the problem and not the symptoms. I've noticed that of all those posters concerned about the rise of Islam, none differentiated between those nations that are moderate and those that are more fundamental. We need to support and encourage those that are moderate. Given that Indonesia has the largest moderate Islamic population in the world, we are not only in a postion to do so but it is our own interests to do so.
