nido petroleum keeping mum on raisama takeover, page-3

Raisama put out an announcement this evening. They aren't confirming or denying.....just saying they consider and evaluate whatever comes along - similar to the NDO announcement yesterday..
Personally, I hope if NDO makes a bid - that it's rejected - It would likely be a mostly script offer anyway - and what would they be worth - 2-3¢ each maybe after the dilution. They wouldn't get RAI for less than $40mil. Don't see much, if any, advantage to it. NDO's SP says it all - pity, held them a few years ago and glad I got rid of them - although the price and potential have some good current convergence if they forget RAI - and I could get interested again....Good news for NDO holders is Galoc will give them a bit more income over time...
