I can't understand the situation. It should be "RAI takeover NDO", not "NDO takeover RAI".
Interesting time ahead:
MC of (NDO+RAI) should be $300million+ (once merged)
But Now MC of NDO + MC of RAI = $90million only with 50million cash funding ready, expected combined oil production 13000 bblpd.
Either every 3 NDO shares for 1 RAI share, or every RAI share for 3 NDO.
Anyway, both NDO and RAI SP should double at current price.
