At some stage the market will realize Brent oil wont average 95 this year and thus ROCs valuation is much higher than 50-68 cents. Funny thing is in all the broker reports I have read even in the bull case valuations the highest oil price used is 125 and we are now at 127.
Every day, every week , every month ROCs cumulative revenue becomes much higher and thus it's true value becomes higher. Interesting ROC has an opportunity to lock in prod at very high rates
