AMDG1 - I'd have thought it was purely small holder market dynamics.

I track the top50 shareholders reasonably closely and while only 1 or 2 of them have been sellers a larger number have been quietly increasing their holdings.
These guys&girls hold just on 40% of the issued stock.

Add to that the fact that the share price has travelled sideways for 6months and it looks to me that this high 60s is just a bit of a resistance point where some of the retail holders want their cash back.

So personally I don't think its one player manipulating the market but the uninformed herd.

Note: the term "uninformed" is not intended as an accusation at the retail holders but more a general comment on the flow of information out of TXN.
