What I have been told is that JV partners are still reviewing/waiting BFS details which include the optimisation scheduled due for completion in May.

I cannot see how a JV partner would commit funds until they saw the final BFS and submit it to their financiers for approval.

I am unsure how many BFS's and optimisation models have been completed to date. Must be hundreds based upon company announcements and feedback over the years.

Have they all been completed by incompetent organisations?
