    Pinto,

i see you too have been in the housing game,as i have.Once you've got a few,it just becomes a case of will I or won't I add to the pile.after a bit of DD.What risk, other than boredom,or paying too much.
Consequently, you understand, that risk is a very subjective topic.Something we should all understand if we are investors.

A little knowledge,or experience on any topic, can make the difference between seeing a risk,or a standout opportunity with NO RISK,just upside.

We are here all looking for the unseen by us,but seen by others for that proverbial edge. Some here have experience that is invaluable.I certainly am no geologist, nor mining engineer and thank those that are here.
That is why i listen,to what is said.I too only need just one thing for my effort, that will make me see the world differently.

I am used to playing with options(not share ones)and what is possible,or likely to eventuate. Most in this world are reactionary, not analytical of why,or what may be?
I have rationlised plant, made it perform above design,so see how exceptional personnell and innovative thoughts/actions and ways of doing business, can make a mundane operation exceptional. Those decisions are made by exceptional people with exceptional management allowing them to be so.Sounds like FML to me.

I too look forward to the reasons why FML is risky and what stephoids definitions are.
