i used REIV data over two weeks to calculate what i consider to be the real clearance rate
1. the previous weeks quoted number of houses up for auction in the following week
2. actual houses sold at auction in the current week
you can agree me with my method or not, but thats the ONLY reliable method i can see with the data they provide
