PS I've followed these posts since I bought in personally before YGL became BRM.........My understanding, if you are holding your BRM stock in nominee/custody instead of private registration,, is that you can complain to your broker....Suggest you mention you have a level 2 complaint and go from there perhaps ....Level 2....
