Hi, I have asked this question before but only got a a couple of responses. I want to know what affect Mitchem Frankston freeway (CEUCA - connect east) toll will have on melbourne. Will it be a success? Willl there be large volumes of traffic? Will traffic be used for work purposes or will it only help people on a social level.
Any melbournites, please help me out.
