Noneother, you're spot on. The longer it takes the more anxious we become in looking for any sign of a pending announcement. That leaves the SP open to abuse by the Pump & Dump boys, but only if you are a ST trader. Be extremely wary of any quick spike with this stock as it looks like Steve N. runs a tight ship and I doubt you will see any leaks before the TH.

On the other hand, if you are LT holder then none of that matters. The so called Smart Money traders, with all the skills of of a “spaghetti western” director will have little effect. You will make your decision to sell or hold based on the announcement.
