Per the announcement dated 7 Fen Information Memorandum Page 5 Mr Shroud holds 16.33 Million shares and the other 2 directors hold no shares and no options.

If you look at the top 20 Announcement 7 Dec WAL has 11,265,938 Shares in itself. (Shareholder 3 & 15) these shares came from buybacks.

Therefore shares on issue 53,033,255 less 11,265,938 above equals= 41,767,317.

Mr Stroud holds 16,330,763 therefore if the 11.2 Million shares were cancelled as they should be Mt Stroud would control just under 40% of the company.

I am starting to think we own shares in a private company. Time to ask some questions.
