Simgrund the property in Kooralbyn has nothing to do with M King or PIF assets, just a private plot of land for sale near the resort. Elysian Fields is in Wonglepong near Canungra and Nathan Tinkler bought approx a third of it in 2010 along with another polo complex adjacent called Wadham Park.
