Don't let the facts be an issue.
The Brown's Range does contain some Thorium which is a great help in the geophysical location of the ore bodies.
In the preparation of the concentrate this Thorium which is mainly in the country rock reports to the tails leaving very low levels in the REE concentrate.
This low radioactivity is one of the selling points for NTU REE concentrate.
