agree with your assesment that Lawan/Libas prospect in SC54A would be the ideal candidate for a possible tie in with the Cadlao development of Raisama. Not only does it appear to be the closest but also probably the biggest.
The fact that NDO decided in Dec to obtain 2D seismic over these prospects indicates that they are considering it for an upcoming well. The fact that the costs to NDO of such a well would not be high due to the shallow depth of 100m and NDO's share at 42% WI must make it a likely candidate. Also from memory the COS is quite high and it is the largest prospect in the PSC with a P50 of 21mmbls.
