The thread title has been rectified within the thread itself by the incepting poster and others who have picked up on the mistake & my guess is that Dhuy simply make a typo by putting 84 instad of 48 - so anyone who is interesting in reading the contents of this thread anyways will of course see the correction/s for themselves ... which is all that matters imo.

There are other posts on this thread which are worthwhile reading as well, so for this reason I am choosing not to moderate the entire thread considering it's length and the contributions by so many who are obviously excited by the Minister's (Friday COB) decision and looking forward to tomorrow's market reaction to same.
