Well I cannot speak for other Bulls but I give my views. The thing that drives me away, is not the abuse, not the negativity it is the sheer ignorance of some posters. People who have never bought a house shouting what fools investors are, people coming up with crazy theories with no idea how the property industry works. Whenever a property discussion is started it always gets drowned out with the prices falling mantra. Some of the bear posters have good arguments and reasons, but they are the minority. Seems to me the more evidence that keeps coming out of no major falls and good turn over the more the doomsayers scream out. Maybe they are getting so much rent now they are on holidays.
