I believe that the HAV options were issued to existing shareholders before Glencoe became a shareholder, therefore unless Glencore have been buying options on the market they have none. One of the posters here may have access to the recent holdings list to confirm one way or the other.

There is still a possibility the 20 million shares may be issued before the next AGM or even a sale achieved before then.

I am sure that our directors will be doing everthing they can to avert a second vote against the remuneration reprt.
