Hmm. Whats the difference between governments interfering with our inalienable right to speed on the roads for example? Those speed signs infringe our human rights every day.
Governments intervene mostly to protect the majority from the individual.... without Governemnt intervention the individual rarely factors in the impact of his actions on others.
If its not speed signs, its movie classifications, or building regs, or murder, or pollution.
Big money can protect themselves from shock jocks etc via lawyers. However the average pleb cant so it might be nice to have a more effective mechanism to address complaints especially given how concentrated media is in this country.
