    If this rate is NOT considered to be diagnostic, why bother to mention it?? I am very confused.

    Agree I thought the very same thing. Maybe he shoulda just said "...anticipated that the remaining stages will be flowing at the end of the week...The oil cut was increasing with time and we expect it to continue"
