That would be logical for any other company taking it over. However, look at the way that WNI issues shares and dilutes its shareholders (excluding Directors) and tell me that the associates feel confident of seeing their holding appreciating. Factor in the dilution necessary to get funding and I reckon the associates will not be willing to exceed the $3.03 implied bid value.
