Also it has to be said if the SP sits in the teens or potentially lower and Timeone drag the funding process out past April then a lot of holders will start to think an offer of 40c/50c looks very good. On top of this if no other options are available by management then the decision becomes obvious one would think. Get 40/50c or stick with management and a SP 3 times below a TO offer with no clear future direction.
