I am in agreeance here, CTO over-promises and under-delivers. I have bought and traded this stock and not lost money (and tbh, if it hits 5.0-5.5c) without horrible news from this latest investor ill probably buy again and try to trade out at 7.0-7.5c. Other than that, its a dog stock, check 2006-2007-2008 announcements and u will find that they have achieved _nothing_ in the last 3 years. There production schedule is exactly the same except moved forward 3 years. they have spent 170 million dollars and gained 80mil in assets, a number which is actually declining quickly despite current production.
