re: Ann: Ceasing to be a substantial holder f... This was announced by LNG in their annual report 15/9/11.
"The Company is currently assessing the long term gas supply potential for a mid scale LNG project and its strategic shareholding position in OBL".
With the share price gain they may be happy with their return? or sold 750,000 shares on the 28th Feb to be under the 5% radar.
My guess is they are jealous that much bigger fish than LNG are trying to do deals with OBL. I do not believe there is a exclusivity agreement with LNG.
We will not know until LNG tell shareholders in their next
report.
A director also sold shares in LNG as per an announcement today.
One thing for sure I won't be selling any OBL shares and I can not see any directors of OBL selling.
