    I am not flaming, this particular coal deposit is nowhere near agricultural land, and you'd think that would be a positive.

    It is just unpleasant, when a lot of people holding this stock have been waiting so long for this positive court outcome, that you would come on here and say how great it is that there is a fly in the ointment.

    Bad form.
