Restated 31 December 2011 Interim Financial Report .
Allied Farmers Limited has restated its 31 December 2011 Financial
Statements.
The Price Adjustment Rights Issue of shares provision was created as at 30
June 2011. The shares were issued in 2 tranches. The first tranche was
recognised as issued at 30 June 2011. The second tranche was issued after the
conversion of the Capital Notes in November 2011. The Provision of $1,237,906
relating to the second tranche of shares is therefore released from
Provisions to Equity in the financial statements to 31 December 2011.
Restated financial statements are attached.
