Would 10% be a strong enough base to launch a takeover with the diverse spread of shareholders? I would think he needs more.
I don't see the 5 year DuPont contract as a problem. 5 years is enough time to build solid cash flow and some reserves to be able to handle the need to replace that market. The zircon deal is the main thing.
