On the 1st March I sent this to MR.

I know we had an exchange a couple of months ago.

Just wondering,

1. does the NASDAQ registration mean that all needed approvals are now in ?

2. what is the purpose of the registration ? (I think most investors are not familiar with it and were not expecting a registration announcement)

3. if yes to (1), does the registration now mean that it's only a matter of days until an actual listing date is given (OR could it still be months) ?
