Im sure there is some retail buying Shady but hopefully there is some other larger investors taking a position. There has been some good sized parcels on higher than average volume going through which makes me think that there is some smart money coming on board at these levels.
As I said it would be good to get a new substantial holders notice but it is a matter of waiting and seeing if that occurs.
