If you track back to the June/July 2011 8 for 10 rights issue (@ 7.5c) there was;
1) a top up facility like this time,
2) no underwriting like this time,
But,
1) there was commitments of take up by Directors of their rights (unlike this time).
2) there was stated intention's by a Director in regards to top up (albeit he did not top up to the amount he stated).
3) Production revenues where rubbery like this time.
Question why the Roadshow - Are we expecting a big shortfall?
