The cash is nice but at the end of the day The value is in the land holding. A land holding like this doesn't come around very often. I read a while back it's a fmg like holding. I think it was in resource stocks mag but I could be wrong...
I think the litigation is already factored into the current sp. How else can you explain such a large land holding and cash being valued at such a discount?
