this stock is becomimg a really big worry and when Directors are selling 100k of then its never a good sign.
The AGM is going to be very interesting
My belief is the non signing of the JV is no longer related to the documents but The Headlines in THE South Easr Asian Newspapers over the Foreign Investors walking away with there JEWLS ,potentially a new President and hatred by the villages of the deals being done.
Google the name Barkie and see what his plans are for INDO.
You just have to add a little more risk rating to the stock.
Now the Company is saying "no ever said this was going to be easy"
