I have read the articles here and over the road. To me it sounds like we were getting close to an agreement and now they are throwing up some more road blocks.

At the end of the day this comes down to $$$. I doubt they are actually concerned about the environment and are more interested in securing a larger share of the profits.

Also as SM rightly pointed out to take the project off Kentor would be an extremely bad outcome and effectively kill foreign investment in the country for the time being. IMO.

This matter has to be bought to a head one way or another so hopefully an outcome is close (within a month or two).
