so DYOR if you dont like what I have to say

my thoughts are yes it will fill the gap

there is going to be a long waiting time till any action in May

traders are not going to like that wait

any delays in getting a rig, it will drag on to May/Jun

you dont wana be holding your stocks then still waiting for rigs while everyone else is taking tax loss

I see big risk on those NWEOs
