what is the plan to create shareholder value?

    I own shares in this stock, and I'm fairly happy with the way they have adapted to the new market conditions - the pursuit of midsize projects is a good thing and they stand to emerge fromt these tough conditions.

    However, I'm not sure what there plan is to create shareholder value right now...

    Anyone?
