Does anyone know if management still has any control over the date of the N listing, or are the wheels now set in motion such that we will list when the bureaucrats do their thing?
The reason I ask is that with some of the negative press / sentiment from our big brother companies and the DOW looking like it may just fall off a cliff, I'm wondering if it's possible that management may choose to defer the listing date even if they are able to list immediately
