I wouldn't actually call that promoting a stock, I read the post as a potential of what could happen based on the law of probabilities in that if it has happened to another junior explorer in the same field as BCN when new directors breeze in, that there is always the possibility of that happening here, to me it's more like cross research than cross promotion.
We should all do our own research so I just call that being aware.
