I think the SMSL & SCL are getting their info from the OLD Ashton Rare Earth application believe to be back in 1992 to build Concentration plant and Material plant in Australia which was approved at that time.
Subsequently, after Lynas takeover, the plan was changed to have the concentration plant in Aus and the respective now known as LAMP in Malaysia.
Thus their argument that Lynas can only export oxide out of Aus and NOT ore even though they very well know that the plan was changed post Lynas takeover.
