about interests, .. i remember buying my first studio,in 1979 in Manly, 20 metres from the surf club for 42.000 dollars.. I got a bargain 12.45% with BANK OF NSW.. then WESTPAC... for interests rates.. and people think 6% is a lot??. Problem is the first home now has to have.. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, swimming pool, theatre room etc..etc... cheers JEAN
