What came to mind was Double Dutch … you know that old saying were a person couldn't understand or concluded that the person speaking couldn’t make up their mind what they meant.
I believe American Indians used a phrase such as this ‘”White Man speaks with forked Tongue”
Anyway what was the impression I got from the interview of maybe it’s my fault for failing to understand garbled English ;)
